Stephanie Regalia – Corporate Relations Officer

My name is Stephanie Regalia. I was born and grew up in France, but have dual French/US citizenship. Before joining PSIA’s International Energy Masters I completed a dual law degree in English law and French law. I first spent two years in London at King’s College London, and then came to Paris to study for two more years at the Sorbonne. During my summers I interned for various law firms, most recently in Energy practices, which gives me a good overview of key legal issues within the sector. At Sciences Po, I am also a student within the dual degree with Columbia SIPA, and will be moving to New York at the end of this academic year to continue my studies there.


Nikolas Maskalik – Academic Development Officer

My name is Nikolas and I am delighted to act as Academic Development Officer for the 2016-2017 academic year. I am certain SPEA will be able to facilitate energy students with breaking academic hardships by organizing study groups and tutorials, as well as establishing strong ties between academic staff and students’ society. I did my bachelor’s in International Relations at MGIMO University, Moscow and am keen to utilizing gained experience in organizing events, stakeholder liaisons and also professional experience, as I have previously interned for several international, non-profit and governmental organizations. My academic interest in focused on the Middle East and the nexus dying oil – blooming renewable energy.


Marine Girard – Financial Officer

Hi everyone ! I am Marine and I did my undergrad at Sciences Po, before spending a year in California as an exchange student. I am passionate about energy issues, especially in their geopolitical implications. Focalizing on emerging economies and I would love to have the opportunity to manage projects in developing countries to create a more sustainable future for the overall energy model as well as finding new ways to fight energy poverty. I am very excited to work together with this year’s new board on accounting missions ! I am fond of practicing yoga and running but above all, I love enjoying the cities’ hidden museums, exhibitions and gardens, as well as going to the movies.


Amanda Quintero – Women’s Inclusion Officer

My name is Amanda Quintero. I have the pleasure to be SPEA’s Women’s Inclusion Officer for the 2016-2017 academic year. I strongly believe in the power of empowering women to help create better policies and more competitive businesses. I am Venezuelan at heart, with great interest in Latin America. Odd as it may sound, I am in love with energy markets, with a focus on development financing and regulations. Looking forward to working with SPEA and the PSIA community!


Guillaume Schneegans – Alumni Relations Officer

My name is Guillaume Schneegans, I did my undergrad at Sciences Po in the Euro-American program. Before and during my studies, I have had the chance to travel extensively and live in several countries, namely France, Mauritania, the USA, Belgium, and South Korea. Originally, I decided to study politics and international relations because of a strong interest in the European Union. Lately, my project has changed to focus increasingly on a new continent, Asia, and a new field, energy. Thanks to my past experiences as president and vice-president of student associations, I hope to be make a meaningful contribution to SPEA this year.
